Shipping Policy
Polar Diesel Parts
The rates below are for Polar Diesel parts, which ship by standard ground from our distributor's warehouse. Orders placed before 1 PM Pacific time, Monday to Friday, usually ship the same business day. Rates for every other product are shown at checkout.
Canadian Customers
- Parts other than exhaust: $20 CAD flat rate. Free on orders over $1000 CAD; exhaust does not count toward the free shipping total.
- Full exhaust systems: $80 CAD per kit.
- Delete pipes: $65 CAD per kit.
- Bulk orders: 10 or more exhaust pieces ship on a skid at no charge.
- Remote locations: Remote addresses are checked before shipping. Flat rate and free shipping may not apply; we will contact you with a freight quote before your order ships.
United States Customers
- Parts other than exhaust: $37 USD flat rate.
- Full exhaust systems: $111 USD per kit.
- Delete pipes: $74 USD per kit.
- Bulk orders: 10 or more exhaust pieces ship on a skid: $500 USD for the first skid, $250 USD for each additional skid.
- Remote locations: Subject to a freight adjustment before your order ships.
Shipping Rules
- Polar Diesel parts ship to Canada and the United States only.
- We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders ship only to the address entered at checkout. The address cannot be changed after the order is placed.
Other Products
Other products usually ship within 1-2 business days of payment, with the rate shown at checkout. Custom tuning packages and special-order items may take longer, and we will contact you directly if there is a delay. For shipping outside Canada and the United States, contact us.
International Duties & Tariffs
Shipments outside of Canada may incur TARIFFS and TAXES based on the destination. As a Canadian entity, THE LAB only collects taxes within Canada. All cross-border import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be calculated by THE LAB before shipping.
Tracking & Delivery
A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships. Luxx Automotive Boutique Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed to the shipping provider.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at 10219 95 Ave, Fort St. John, BC V1J 5J5. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a time. View on map ↗
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below:
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) required.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or there was a shipping error.
Polar Diesel Returns
- Contact us before sending a return so it can be authorized. Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.
- Items ordered in error or no longer needed are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- The customer pays return shipping.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging. Replacements and refunds for damaged or defective Polar Diesel parts must be authorized by our distributor.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed or show signs of use.
- Custom-ordered or special-order components.
- Tuning files, EZ LYNK AutoAgent devices once activated.
- Software licenses, unlock credits, or digital goods.
- Items marked "Final Sale."
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery (7 days for Polar Diesel parts) at our contact page. Include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Off-Road & Performance Parts Disclaimer
Many products sold by Luxx Automotive Boutique Inc. - including EGR delete kits, DPF delete kits, exhaust systems, and related components - are sold for off-road and sanctioned competition use only. These products are not legal for use on public roads or streets in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. The purchaser assumes full legal responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable emissions regulations.
Luxx Automotive Boutique Inc. does not warrant that any emissions-related performance product complies with the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, the US Clean Air Act, or provincial/state emissions standards. Installing these products on a street-registered vehicle may be illegal and could result in fines or loss of vehicle registration.
Warranty
Products are subject to the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Luxx Automotive Boutique Inc. will assist in facilitating warranty claims with the manufacturer but does not provide an independent warranty beyond what is offered by the product manufacturer. Labour costs for installation or reinstallation are not covered under any warranty claim.
